Monthly allowance

Each plan includes a set number of lookups per month. Use them across any channel, including phone, website, text, email, document, and QR code. Re-checking a cached result is free.

Unused lookups roll over

Didn't use all your lookups? They roll over to next month, up to 2x your plan limit. A Pro user (200/month) can bank up to 400 rollover lookups.

Top-ups never expire

Need more? Buy a top-up pack anytime. Top-ups are consumed last (after monthly + rollover) and never expire, even if you change plans.

Everything you need to know about our plans

Each search you perform counts as one lookup, whether it's a phone number, website URL, text message, email, document, or QR code. If a text message or email contains URLs or phone numbers, those sub-checks are included at no extra cost. Re-checking the same item within the cache window is free and does not count.

Yes. Unused lookups from your monthly allowance roll over to the next month, up to 2x your monthly limit. For example, a Pro user (200/month) can accumulate up to 400 rollover lookups. Free accounts do not get rollover.

No. Top-up lookups never expire and are always consumed last, after your monthly allowance and rollover balance. They carry forward across billing periods and are unaffected by plan changes.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You get your new monthly allowance right away and a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period. Your rollover and top-up balances carry forward.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your current plan until then. Your rollover balance will be capped at 2x your new plan's limit when the change takes effect. Top-up lookups are unaffected.

Yes. Go to Settings, then Billing, then Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing.
